The first trailer for Marvel’s Black Panther movie is out and as we expect from Marvel movies, it looks fantastic.
T’Challa, the new ruler of the advanced kingdom of Wakanda, must defend his land from being torn apart by enemies from outside and inside the country.
Chadwick Boseman plays T’Challa, the king of the fictional African country of Wakanda, reprising the role that was so popular in Captain America: Civil War.
In the trailer we get a glimpse of the outline of the plot, with the Kingdom under threat from Andy Serkis’s villainous Ulysses Klaue as well as longtime Black Panther foe Erik Killmonger.
Michael B Jordan takes the role of Killmonger who is a brilliant Wakandan exile intent on overthrowing T’Challa and becoming King.
Ulysses Klaue isn’t there for the politics though. Wakanda has rich natural resources of Vibranium, the material Captain America’s shield is made from, and Klaue is there to smuggle it out. It’s great to Andy Serkis being given more roles where his real face is shown.
Black Panther will be released in Feb 2018.
